A red rose is much more than it appears to be......

A red rose is much more than it appears to be.

Roses are a symbols of beauty, a fragrant flower that means love and happiness. The delicate, soft pedals are perfectly shaped and joined together. As the rose grows, it's in a bud state and it's protected. And as it grows even more, it starts to bloom into a magnificent display of beauty that has communicated love, gratitude, appreciation, and happiness between countless people. But there is more to a rose than just it's pretty flower.

As the rose blooms and opens up it's flower to expose the true beauty that lies within it becomes vulnerable. Blooming exposes it's heart so to speak. But it also needs to bloom in order to continue on it's legacy as a rose. Without blooming, the rose would remain in a tight bud never allowing nature to do its job. If the rose never "exposed it's heart" it would be much less vulnerable but the alternative is even worse.

The rose will suffocate on it's own fear and never get to truly be a rose. Nature has helped the rose by lining it's stem with tough, sharp thorns to protect it. The rose is much like us... We need to grow and bloom in order to really feel life. But at the same time it makes us vulnerable. As you start to bloom and open up your heart to everything you are and have inside of you,it exposes a lot of vulnerable places.

The difference is, we have to develop our own "thorns" so to speak. In other words, we need to develop tools and ways to protect ourselves from the dangers that inherently lie within blooming. That's simply a process of expanding your awareness about who and what you are. It's exactly what I had to do while going through the most difficult time in my life.

And it's exactly what these 11 Principlesteach you to do:

You can stay in a tight, safe bud or you can choose to bloom and discover your true power. If you choose the later, this will help a ton:

I know it got me through the most trying times in my life and eventually got me to a pretty good place. (Not perfect, just pretty dang good).

To blooming,
