Bipolar Abundance

As a person who knows what is possible, do you ever feel like experiencing extreme abundance is impossible? It's interesting that no matter how much you practice focusing your thoughts on your desires, there are pockets of time where it feels like the Universe has earplugs in and can't hear your requests.

All is well, when things go smoothly in life. What about when things don't seem so well? Do your best to avoid bipolar abundance disorder. That's what happens when you feel abundant one moment and panicky about your future in the next moment. It's not that the situation is bad, just your reaction.

When you feel anxiety or financial stress you will attract many scary thoughts. After a few hours of this you may begin to experience several things not going your way. This is when you feel like you're headed towards being in a funk. You mood becomes irritated. Now you're swinging from the "empowered YOU" over to the "disconnected YOU". Your power is gone and you can feel a little insane.

Do your best not to get frustrated with your abundance amnesia. You just forgot that your reality is created in your head and your physical reality is only temporary. Do your best not to panic at your lack of abundance at this moment.

Many years ago, I was drowning in debt and there seemed to be no new clients in sight. I contemplated getting a job. I was scared that I'd never have financial success again. Reaching six figures was a distant memory and felt like a lifetime away. Bipolar abundance was happening in full force.

I finally remembered that I had the power to turn my situation around. My attitude totally changed, yet my circumstances didn't at first. I focused on baby steps. I played the appreciation game. Several months later I saw things changing in my finances. My focus never waivered from my commitment to being debt-free.

Nine months later, I was debt free. I more than doubled my income that year. I was on a journey to abundance and I'm still going strong. The abundance amnesia has never returned. Do I still experience moments of lackful thinking? Yes, but it's easy to redirect my thoughts. My confidence in my ability to be abundant is always present.

Having a singular focus of abundance is like floating on a cloud. It's relaxing to trust that there will always be an abundance of joy, wealth, well-being, support, fun and resources. You are so much more abundant than you even know.

I'm having fun aligning my beliefs with attracting a trillion dollars. =-)

ACCEPTANCE

A new day has dawned
The dark clouds dispersing
Sun shining high in the sky
Filling my world with light
The grass is greener
Trees are taller
Walking my path with pride
Growing faith inside
The time is right
Future is bright
Yesterday is gone
Tomorrow yet to come
Today is here
Live it without fear
Trust in the knowledge
That all is well
Everything is as it should be
Life evolving
Ever changing
Accepting the challenge
I count my blessings…….

I Quit! and other temper tantrums

It's true, my commitments have tripled this year - with President of the Chamber of Women in Business, Manager of the Network and Short Courses at the Australian Leadership Foundation, and the launch of my biggest most ambitious program yet with Inner Compass - the Mastermind Retreat - Women's Leadership Program. Plus the IVF thing chugging along in the background.

I'd like to say I've taken it all in my stride and have cruised through it all, but that would be a big, fat fib.

Truth is there have been long days, late nights, conflict and personalities to juggle, and a sense of 'when does it get easier?'

I know a lot of you are feeling the same way.

I've coached a lot of people like you, who are struggling with all their responsibilities - family, job, colleagues, staff, having a life, or even getting a life!

And many of us come to that stage where you feel like saying, "I Quit!" take this job/role/child/house/project/weight loss program and shove it up your patootie!

Of course you never do.

But wouldn't it feel so good?

I encourage you to indulge that fantasy fully - savour it, feel the purge of frustration and venom, and then let it go.

Now it's time to look at
How to Hang in There When You Just Want To Hide Like A Hermit

1. Prune. Seriously now - if you are that frustrated, it's time for you to cut out some of your responsibilities. This is YOUR life, remember? You get to choose how you live it, so if you don't like what's going on, do something about it.

This is the hardest part, so that's why you need number two -

2. Hire a coach. Pruning stuff out of your life brings up a lot of emotional 'gunk' (how about guilt, anyone?). That's why I'm hiring a coach to help me put some order and priorities back in my life. Yes - even coaches need coaches! When you've got a coach on board, it gives you an added ounce of conviction and spirit to do what you know is good for you.

3. Get the heck out of there! If you're ready to explode, get out! Go somewhere for some R & R - preferably somewhere with an expansive view - like the beach, or the mountains. It will bring you out of your head, and back on to the planet with a bigger view of your WHOLE life, not just this snapshot moment of it.

That's why I'm going to the beach!

Here's to a life you love to live,

Zoe

Master Peace Coaching - Article

This week's article is a quote from Abraham-Hicks. I wanted to share it because health seems to be the topic that most people can't get their beliefs wrapped around when it comes to Law of Attraction. Healing conditions of the body seems nothing short of a miracle to many people.

The Infallible Health teleclass I teach is a reminder to me that we've simply been brainwashed into thinking that healing is hard or not possible at all. Our participants love what we are teaching, but it takes some practice to get aligned with this new way of being in relationship to their body.

I recently injured my ribs waterskiing. The pain was interfering with my daily routine, carrying my son and practicing yoga. Sneezing became a big fear, as the pain made me want to scream. My intention was to feel a bit better each day. I received exactly that. A bit better each day.

After a week and half, I decided that I needed to go waterskiing. I declared that my body would know exactly how to heal and perform well with a water-ski on my feet. I considered the rib a "non-issue" in my plans for the weekend. Four days later I experienced an awesome day waterskiing. I sneezed every day after that...with no pain.

My body responded to my desire to completely heal once I decided it would be so. You, too, can experience Infallible Health.

Quote:

Abraham: Now let's consider this. We haven't talked about this before, this really is worth talking about.

So let's say Non-Physical energy pours itself into a body and chooses to be less than the standard or the normal. And is born into a body that by earth standards, is dysfunctional in some way.

So now the person's in the body and they are having all of that contrast that they had hoped for, that they knew they would have. But in the contrast, they are giving birth NOW to other desires.

A desire to move from their inferior - by earth standards - bodily condition to something improved. And so now the Spirit that is them, joins them in that new thought and NOW they have essentially, ENERGETICALLY BEEN RE-BORN.

And now as the human form, as they bring themselves up to speed with this NEW IDEA, their body will transform to the new idea JUST AS IF IT WERE "BEING BORN AGAIN".

Guest: Really?

Abraham: REALLY.

Guest: Oooooooo!

Abraham: Every cell in your body is resilient, and responsive, and flexible, and able, you see. And your body is just made up of those trillions of cells that are cooperative and compliant.

And so when life experience causes you to want something more, SOURCE SAYS "YES"!

Now all you've got to do is come up to speed with it. Which means, follow the thoughts that feel best.

And so you say, "Well, I'm going to grow my arm into perfection."And the sociologist or the psychologist says,"You're delusional. Don't wish for something that is impossible!

And we say, "Don't listen to someone who does not know. Don't listen to someone outside of your vibrational crack, you see."

7 Motivational Tips

7 Motivational Tips to Get You Moving… Part 4
Tip #1 - Create a contest.

One great way to push yourself to do more than you feel inspired to do is to create a contest for yourself! Imagine you’re in a competition with other people, each of you trying to do more than the others. You can even take it to the next level by not only trying to accomplish a greater amount of work, you can also focus on making your work the best it’s ever been, or doing it in the least amount of time it’s ever taken you. This can create a feeling of urgency and fun that will keep you moving long after you ordinarily would have given up.
Tip #2 - Dance.

If you’re feeling bored or tired, turn on the tunes and boogey your lethargy away! Sing along with the lyrics or simply move your body and get some good endorphins flowing. You can even combine this with Tip #15 and dance while you’re cleaning and organizing. Then you’ve got a “productive boogey!”
Tip #3 - Make a to-do list.

Sometimes confusion can cause a desire to procrastinate because your tasks seem to be too numerous and overwhelming. To combat this, take a sheet of paper and make a detailed list of everything you want to accomplish today. You can list them in order of priority, or categorize like tasks together. As you review your list, think about ways you can cut the time each task might take, or shortcuts that would enable you to tackle more than one thing at a time. In no time you should be feeling more focused and ready to begin.
Tip #4 - Pray.

If you’re the spiritual type, why not spend a few minutes connecting to your source before you begin a challenging task? Give thanks for the opportunities in your life, and ask for the inspiration, courage and stamina to do a good job. This can help you feel that you’ve got a powerful ally on your side and reduce any feelings of fear or loneliness.
Tip #5 - Surround yourself with inspiration.

Do you have some favorite plaques, prints or paintings that make you feel inspired? Fill up your blank walls with them! Visit a flea market or home décor store for visuals that lift your spirits. Go to a stock photo site and download a few beautiful images and have them blown up into a larger size at your local photo place. Take some of your favorite motivational quotes, enlarge the type, print and hang them up to read whenever you need a little boost. Hanging inspiring words and images in your home and workplace can create a continuous focus on inspiration that will keep you feeling motivated no matter what you’re working on.
Tip #6 - Spend time in nature.

Sometimes just sitting quietly in a peaceful place outdoors can soothe frustration and refresh your mind and body. Go to your favorite botanical gardens for an hour and sit quietly or walk slowly through them, letting the visual beauty stimulate your senses. Visit a local park and watch children and dogs play, or take a trip to the beach and let the power of the ocean (or a lake) inspire you. If you don’t have any nature spots nearby, try your local home and garden center. Buy some new plants or flowers to brighten up your home and workspace.

Tip #28 - Get up early.

Getting an early start can often help you feel more motivated, especially if you’re used to sleeping in. Set an alarm clock to get up at least one hour before you normally do, and don’t dawdle - get moving! Take a shower, get dressed and begin immediately working on your tasks for the day. Not only does this wake up your tired brain, you end up feeling like you’ve accomplished a lot more than you would in a typical day.

Angel's Fall

We are born with wings to fly
Carefully hidden from the human eye
Hands outstretched we enter the fray
Eager to encounter our every day

We are born with wings to fly
Slowly emerging reaching for the sky
Blissfully ignorant of fear or limitation
Pain, hesitation and humiliation

We are born with wings to fly
With love in our hearts soaring high
Slowly but surely our wings will tarnish
With each knock our certainty will vanish

We are born with wings to fly
Thirsting for knowledge we question why
The answers we receive are varied and weak
Causing confusion, fuelling the need to seek

We are born with wings to fly
Only now we begin to destroy
Throwing down those heavy wings
Disheartened with life’s offerings

We are born with wings to fly
As we grow we begin to die
Nothing seems to resonate any more
Now everything seems to be flawed

We are born with wings to fly
Now we wonder if it was all a lie
Once we believed we could have it all
Thus begins the angel’s fall
