5 Tips To Inspire Yourself And Others


Whether you're leading an organisation or leading a family, or just trying to get by, inspiration is integral to an easier life. It's way easier than motivation. Motivation is what my trainer does when he promises ' just five more' and then threatens me with three minutes on the rowing machine if I don't do it. That's the carrot and stick method of getting stuff done - effective, but hard work.


Inspiration is what fuels you from the inside out, pushes your boat downstream, fills your sails, and any other metaphor for 'easy' that works for you.


So how do you get inspired? And how do you pass on the magic torch to others?


Inspiration Tip 1. First, drop the ego trip. Being inspiring is not about climbing mountains or corporate ladders; it's not about being the fastest, strongest, smartest, or richest.


Think of Ghandhi, or Mother Theresa - their most inspiring feats were not about achievement; they were inspiring for who they were being, not what they were doing.


Inspiration Tip 2. It's not about YOU. A vision of something bigger than themselves pulled Ghandhi and Mother Theresa through some tough times, and drew them into being the best version of themselves.


Gandhi wasn't trying to prove anything; he just wanted peaceful independence for the nation of India. Love of human kind and a vision of peaceful transition inspired his actions.


What vision is inspiring your actions?


What's inspiring me is my belief that people are capable of extraordinary things, that the world is a delicious adventure to explore, that people can lead meaningful, peaceful, love-filled lives - if they just let themselves, that I have a role to play in all of this, by living my vision first.


Inspiration Tip 3. It IS about YOU. That's how you inspire others - live your values, don't just talk about them; give love, don't just look for it; be success, don't seek it outside yourself; see a bigger picture - a vision that fills you with joy - and share it.


Ghandhi said it best - "Be the change you want to see in the world."


And we are all capable of that, no matter size, shape, age, race, or gender.


Inspiration Tip 4. Get pulled up. Look to others to inspire you. If you want top business results, study the achievements of other business leaders; read their biographies; follow their twitters; seek them out.


Hire professionals like an executive coach to give you explicit feedback and development strategies to fast-track your way to your vision.


Hang out with other positive people who believe in you and can see potential in you. I meet with a group of six colleagues from diverse businesses every two weeks who keep me focused and positive by providing me with unmitigated support and encouragement. They are like my little confidence booster shot every fortnight.


Inspiration Tip 5. It's about NOW. If you're constantly worried about the future or regretting the past, you are everywhere but in your place and moment of power - the only moment you ever live in - which is now.


So make peace with what is now, find ways to appreciate your circumstances now, and embrace who you are, where you are right NOW.


This is when yo are most attractive, most powerful, most influential, and most inspiring.

TWELVE STEPS.............



These twelve steps were found in an old series of books published back in 1914. I thought you'd like to see them.


1. Every night, half an hour before retiring, go to your room, where you can be entirely alone and as remote alone and as remote as possible from noise and distraction.

2. Seat yourself in a wide and comfortable chair, or, better still, lie down on your back at full length. See that your clothing is loosened, so that you will suffer no distressing annoyance on this account. Compose yourself as if for sleep, assuming a position of restfulness, abandon and utter relaxation. Close your eyes, letting the lids rest lightly on your cheeks.

3. Shut your mind resolutely against every form of bodily sensation. Forget for the time that you are encumbered with a body.

4. Bar out of your consciousness every memory, every thought of the past.

5. Build a mental picture of the thing you want to have, to do or to be - the one thing that you immediately desire first and most of all. By this we mean nothing indefinite. We do not refer to ultimate aims that can come only as the result of long periods of effort. We mean something specific, something that can be yours tomorrow, something that in itself constitutes the next step in your chosen career.

6. See yourself finding the ways and means of realizing your desire, overcoming obstacles one after another, all the obstacles that can possibly arise. See yourself called upon to display, and displaying, alertness, promptness, courage, confidence, resourcefulness, patience, push, enterprise, expert knowledge, insight, shrewdness, tact, self-control, decision. See yourself face to face with the situation that confronts you in real life and manifesting the qualities and doing the things necessary to your purpose. Put yourself body and soul into this picture. Multiply details. Rivet your mind upon it.

7. Advance step by step, logically, wisely, consistently, to the climax of the drama. See yourself winning out. See yourself solving the problem, getting the thing you want, acting the part you desire to play. Detach your spirit from the flesh of this world and incorporate it in the mental image of yourself. Live the victory mentally until a sense of its reality permeates your soul.

8. Make your dream picture as delightful as possible. Dwell upon it with joyful satisfaction. Warm your heart with a feeling of thankfulness that that which you have so long desired is really yours. This feeling of gratitude, this emotional element, will bring forth associations that will give life to the picture and will animate your faith. Keep yourself tight shut in this dream world for at least fifteen minutes.

9. Arise and make your preparations for the night. Then upon retiring once more close your eyes and let your mind dwell upon your vision for five or ten minutes or until you fall asleep. Let it be the last thing in your thoughts as you become unconscious.

10. Every time you are awake during the night call the mental picture before you and keep it in consciousness as long as you remain awake.

11. In the morning, immediately upon awaking, repeat the procedure set out in the third, fourth and fifth instructions.

12. The more of your spare time you spend in this way, the more promptly will you actualize your ideals. By repeated concentration, every detail of the image of your desire will be so deeply engraved upon your mind as to exert an influence throughout the day. It will inhibit wasteful emotions and impulses. It will give you poise and self-possession. It will so inspire you with its promise as to awaken an energizing response in the profoundest depths of your sub-consciousness.

Numerology: The Universal Mystical Language

Suppose a space ship were to zoom down from the sky and land right smack dab in the middle of your driveway. Go ahead, picture it…a shiny, silvery saucer type ship. Now suppose a side hatch opened and a unfamiliar looking being stepped on spindly legs down a ramp, heading straight toward you.

What would you say?! What words would you choose in order to attempt to communicate with this cosmic creature?

My friends, some of you may have realized right off the bat, attempting to communicate with words would be a laborious if not poor choice indeed. Numbers, on the other hand, just might get you somewhere - off in the direction of a realistic and understood conversation. It’s true; any physicist will tell you: numbers are the Universal language. When all else fails - language, ideas, thoughts, telepathy - mathematics and the patterns and numbers we can create with them, transcends all communicative boundaries.

There’s a catch phrase today: do the math. We use it to convey that someone should literally do the arithmetic, and we use it when we’re trying to indicate that something of a non-mathematical nature needs to be figured out. Here’s another popular saying: the numbers don’t lie. Whether referring to the true cost of something or the actual weight, ratio, percentage or probability of any old thing, no - the numbers do not lie.

It is the same with Numerology. Each recognized digit from 0 through 9 carries its own numerical vibration or flavor. And once assigned to an individual, those numbers do not lie about who that individual is. In my experience, human beings are amazingly true to the numerological signatures attached to them.

One’s personal Numerology is derived by several methods, each used to glimpse at the various aspects of one’s personality or life. There are long methods used to create detailed, meticulous Numerology charts. There are short-hand versions used to derive abbreviated but no less accurate reads.

I can spot a person with a dominant 1 vibration a mile away.
And believe me when I tell you, nines carry a vibration in a spiritual class all their own.
An eight’s ambition is unmistakable, as is the heady energy of a five.

How about a quick tour of Numerology, including a few facts about origin and how you can learn to use the basics of this form of divination? Here’s a quick reference chart so you can compare the basics of the two Numerological schools of thought and practice.

LEARNING NUMEROLOGY - Quick Lesson

I prefer the system taught and used by the famed philosopher and mathematician, Pythagoras. It makes sense to me and has proven to be startlingly accurate for the significant number of friends, family members and clients I have cast charts for. As they say, when you find something that works, stick with it.

Pythagoras believed in an oral tradition, that is, his teachings were passed only to the initiated by word of mouth, as the information was considered highly powerful and sacred. The man lived in Southern Greece and taught philosophy by day; under cover of night, he secretly taught Numerology to his students.

You may not know it, dear reader, but you were taught Pythagorean geometrical theories in high school. And Pythagoras may not have known it, but his system was nothing new - there is evidence that Numerology was in use long before he arrived on the scene, in China, Greece, Rome and ancient Egypt. Still, Pythagoras is considered the “father of Numerology” as his teachings pierced through boundaries to intrigue Christian scholars, including St. Augustine. Pythagorean teachings were taken up by Plato and eventually found a home in the Jewish Cabala. And lo and behold: here we are discussing his Numerology today.

Wouldn’t it be great fun if you could divine some Numerology for yourself? Here’s a quick lesson. To perform even the most basic Numerological calculations, one must grasp the Numerical Vibrations that are associated with each letter of our alphabet. Copy down this chart, it is essential.

Next, you must learn the meanings of the numbers. Above we saw how the letters of our alphabet correspond to a specific numerical vibration. But what do those numbers mean? Below are brief but very powerful, meanings. Copy, paste and print, dear readers: understanding the meanings and being able to reference them, is important.

1 - LEADER
These folks are original, independent and courageous. They are high achievers, known for their strength, lone wolf nature and creative talents. Self sufficient, inventive, willful, dominant.

2 - PARTNER / TEAM PLAYER
This is the diplomat, friend, artist and/or enduring peacemaker. They are gentle, insightful, sensitive and compassionate. Excellent in partnerships, loyal and giving. Artistic, shy, analytical.

3 - OPTIMIST
Creative and social, this is the easygoing visionary. Humorous, energetic, spontaneous with lots of imagination, enthusiasm and never-ending energy. Very social, loves to enjoy life.

4 - PRACTICAL
These folks are builders who know how to use application, determination and serious planning. They are doers who love managing and traditions. They crave stability, security, productivity.

5 - PROGRESS
Above all, these folks want adventure. They love freedom, action and flair. They tend to be able to influence and promote people and/or things and they are known for their sensuality.

6 - SERVICE
Domestic and responsible, these folks are careful and giving of themselves. They hasten to be the teacher and are willing to be the caring provider or worker. They love being the healer.

7 - INVESTIGATOR
Yearning for answers to life’s deep questions, these people tend to be eccentric, thoughtful, spiritual and loners. They may be the specialist or inventor, tend to seek analysis or perfection.

8 - POWER
These materialisitc types are often the executive, professional or entrepreneur. Exuding ambition and strength, they are problem solvers who love money, achievement and success.

9 - UNIVERSAL
Spiritual types who see globally or universally. Very spiritual, they are often multi-talented humanitarian teachers. They inspire others, seem like old souls and excel as healers or artists.

MASTER NUMBERS
There is an elite group of individuals who vibrate at the freqency of what is known as a Master. There are three degrees of the Master vibration. Some might say it is unfair or inappropriate to classify certain individuals as elite. I would argue that with the work these Master individuals often do, they are deserving of such a classification. Of course, it is always up to the individual to both embrace and life up to, their assigned numerical vibrations. Here are the three degrees of Master:

11 - IDEALIST
This is the artist, the highly energized individual who quite literally inspires others. Often, they do so on a mass scale as a celebrity of some kind (actor, writer, musician, professor). They are psychological, radical, sensitive, romantic. True visionaries, they believe in living the dream and are able to convince or inspire others to do the same through their communications and actions. Some feel there is an abundance of 11s now, with the global expansion in consciousness that is taking place. It is said 11s are here in force now as a means to energize and stimulate others, to prepare for what is to come in our spiritual future.

22 - MASTER BUILDER
Also idealistic, these individuals are expansive visionaries whose focus is on building. They do so through government or philanthropic work, for the purpose of global then eventual universal, transformation. These folks achieve what others merely muse about. They manage to do so on a scale that positively impacts many others. They see the archetype and bring it to material form. Some say there are a number of 22s on the planet now, with more arriving as earth seeks to expand and heal.

33 - MASTER TEACHER
Think of Ghandi, Jesus Christ, Mother Teresa or Buddah and you have the 33. These people are compassionate healers. They are a blessing to others, a teacher of teachers. They can be the martyr, inspiration, the one honest voice. They can be the monk who chooses seclusion over the ills of the world. A fully realized 33 is extremely rare. Some believe there are a few 33s on the planet now, with more to be sent in so that not just our planet, but humanity itself can expand and heal.

Now that you’ve a basic understanding of Numerology’s alphabetical vibrations and the meanings of the numbers, shall we do a few calculations so you can peer into the recesses of your own life?


THE LIFE PATH

Let’s start by taking a look at one of the single most important numbers calculated for every indiviudal on the planet: the Life Path. In Numerology, the Life Path indicates your basic direction in this life and your general nature. Your Life Path is your perspective and “flavor” during this current journey through life. The Life Path number is derived from all the numbers in your birth date.

To arrive at your Life Path Number, simply add up all the digits of your birth date. Your goal is to continue adding, until you reduce to a single digit.

Example:
October 31, 1975 becomes 10/31/1975.
This becomes: 10+31+1975.
This becomes: 2016.
This becomes: 2+0+1+6.
This becomes: 9.
Therefore the Life Path number is 9.

Another example:

April 12, 1961 becomes 4/12/1961.
This becomes: 4+12+1961.
This becomes: 1977.
This becomes: 1+9+7+7.
This becomes: 24.
This becomes: 2+4.
This becomes: 6.
Therefore the Life Path number is 6.

To find out your own Life Path now, convert your birth date the way I’ve demonstrated, above. Derive a single digit. Now read about that single digit in the meanings of the numbers, also above.

How much does this sound like you? If this does not seem in harmony with who you are at present, are you perhaps not in alignment with your Life Path? Would it benefit you to work toward achieving greater balance so that you can be?

THE SOUL URGE

It behooves every one of us to calculate the Soul Urge, because it is the thing that is behind every decision we make, every tendency we have and every word we ultimately say. The Soul Urge is what silently informs us in word and deed, and it can either propel us forward or trip us up.

The Soul Urge is usually kept private; individuals don’t usually expose it to others. Soul Urge is comprised of our inner cravings, our dislikes and likes, our true feelings. Here is how to discover your Soul Urge.

Make a list of all the vowels in your name. You must use your entire birth name. Some people have changed their name, taken on a new name or picked up a nick name. None of these new or pseudo names will give you an accurate Numerology read. At birth, we are given a name in order to establish a specific vibration and constitution. Who you go on to identify yourself as, does not change this constitution. It is true your constitution can be augmented by evolution of the self (as in when an individual takes on a spiritual name). That said, to reiterate, for an accurate Numerology read, you must use your entire birth name.

Once you have a list of all the vowels in your name, convert them into digits. Now add those digits up in the same way used to achieve the Life Path number. Continue adding until you reduce to a single digit. That single digit is your Soul Urge. Now find the meaning of that number. This reveals much about your inner self.

Example:

ANN NAOMI TISSERAND
Vowels in that name: a, a, o, i, i, e, a.
Which become: 1, 1, 6, 9, 9, 5, 1.
Which becomes: 1+1+6+9+9+5+1.
Which becomes: 32.
Which becomes: 3+2.
Which becomes: 5.
Therefore the Soul Urge is 5.

DESTINY
Finally, let’s look at the Destiny number. This is also a very important number, because it describes the talents, attributes and natural abilities at your disposal during this lifetime. Not everyone utilizes all of their talents and therefore they often do not realize their Destiny. However, I have seen many cases in which an individual discovers or accepts what their talents and natural abilities are, only to then go on to embrace and use them much to their satisfaction and fulfillment.

Your Destiny number is derived from all the numbers in your name. Once again, you must use your entire birth name. Begin by converting all letters to numbers. Then add those numbers, reducing until you reach a single digit. That single digit is your Destiny number.

Example:

MARK ROLAND FIRESTORM
This becomes: 4, 1, 9, 4, 9, 6, 3, 1, 5, 4, 6, 9, 5, 1, 2, 6, 9, 4.
This becomes: 4+1+9+4+9+6+3+1+5+4+6+9+5+1+2+6+9+4.
This becomes: 88.
This becomes: 8+8.
This becomes: 16.
This becomes: 1+6.
This becomes: 7.

Finally, as an aside, let’s look at THEME NUMBERS. Theme Numbers are thought by some Numerologists, including myself, to potentially reveal an individual’s tendencies or likely attitudes. Theme Numbers are not cast in Numerological stone as the weighty Soul Urge, Life Path and Destiny numbers are. The idea that an individual may have and be influenced by Theme Numbers is not a theory all Numerologist agree on. However, in my experience, Theme Numbers can and do reveal themselves. In more cases than not, a person’s Theme Numbers accurately reveal other aspects of themselves.

Look, for example, at our imaginary friend Mark Roland Firestorm, above. Once his entire birth name is converted to digits, the numbers 9 and 4 jump out at you. Those numbers repeat and recurr throughout his name. I would argue that our dear friend Mark Roland Firestorm would be very prone to the defining characteristics and tendencies of the 9 and 4 - in spite of or in addition to, what numbers such as his Life Path or Destiny, may reveal.

In closing, some might argue that Pythagorean Numerology is flawed as not all alphabets use letters A-Z. I would be willing to bet if our alphabet changed significantly, a new system of Numerology would emerge or be divined. It has been my experience that this is how the Universe works.

A red rose is much more than it appears to be.

Roses are a symbols of beauty, a fragrant flower that means love and happiness. The delicate, soft pedals are perfectly shaped and joined together. As the rose grows, it's in a bud state and it's protected. And as it grows even more, it starts to bloom into a magnificent display of beauty that has communicated love, gratitude, appreciation, and happiness between countless people. But there is more to a rose than just it's pretty flower.

As the rose blooms and opens up it's flower to expose the true beauty that lies within it becomes vulnerable. Blooming exposes it's heart so to speak. But it also needs to bloom in order to continue on it's legacy as a rose. Without blooming, the rose would remain in a tight bud never allowing nature to do its job. If the rose never "exposed it's heart" it would be much less vulnerable but the alternative is even worse.

The rose will suffocate on it's own fear and never get to truly be a rose. Nature has helped the rose by lining it's stem with tough, sharp thorns to protect it. The rose is much like us... We need to grow and bloom in order to really feel life. But at the same time it makes us vulnerable. As you start to bloom and open up your heart to everything you are and have inside of you,it exposes a lot of vulnerable places.

The difference is, we have to develop our own "thorns" so to speak. In other words, we need to develop tools and ways to protect ourselves from the dangers that inherently lie within blooming. That's simply a process of expanding your awareness about who and what you are. It's exactly what I had to do while going through the most difficult time in my life.

Lessons Learned - Four Years Cancer Free


My colleague Agi asked me recently, "so what have you learned from cancer?"
 
I replied, "I always thought it was about stress - cancer was a lesson on how to avoid stress."
 
But it's become more than that. Cancer has taught me many things. Some I always know and act on. Others I need a kick up the butt to remember!

 
Here's my top five lessons learned, courtesy of cancer:
 
1. The only person who can say 'no' is you. Even though your colleagues may see you overloading yourself with responsibilities, jobs, and obligations, AND they know you've been through cancer, only YOU can say 'no'. Don't wait for somebody else to take responsibility for your life - not even your adoring husband can do that - you've got do it for yourself. So stand up firm, believe in the primacy of your own life, and say 'no' to what does not support you in thriving.

 
2. What's the point in worrying? Actually, that's my husband Rob's motto. He's the happiest man in the world (you can tell as he hums in the shower every morning). It's a great lesson and I really needed it when going through cancer. You can live in worry, or you can live in positive expectation. Either way the future is unknown, so might as well feel good about what's coming instead of dreading it.

 
3. The small things really matter. Saying thankyou, a warm hug, paying for someone else's coffee, knowing the squeejee guy's name who waits for you on the corner to wash your car windows, jonquils that bloom on your birthday, friends who love you enough to call you even when you haven 't called them in six months, notes from appreciative readers that make your day, your husband who makes dinner every night. (ok, that's really a big one, but it still counts!) These little moments make up the quality of your life each day - seek them out. Give them out!

 
4. The big things really matter. Did you forget to celebrate? Milestones can whip past you faster than a grasshopper strapped to an airplane. It's easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of life and leadership - make sure you stop and appreciate your achievements. Rewards are a good thing too. Shopping at Ondina's is an excellent reward - I can feel my wallet burning a hole in my pocket right now with her more than 50% off sale happening ...
 
Don't fancy a trip out? Snoozing on the couch with a favourite book, mooching around in your jammies after a sleep-in, and taking a weekend off to simply 'be' are also excellent rewards.

 
5. From time to time you will get caught up in old patterns. Be ok with that. Don't beat yourself up. Ships, airplanes, and YOU are often off-course as they make their way to their destination. So if you find yourself fretting about the 'old stuff' - like how big your butt is, or whether the people at your new job will like you, or bedroom cupboards that need fixing, or the fact that the'&$@#' printer won't print - it's ok. This too shall pass. Get over it, or pay someone to fix it for you - butt included.

 
Lastly, life is a creative experience, like pottery - some experiences are gorgeous; others are like lumps of pooh that have been dumped on the spinning wheel. Just clean up, have a laugh, and go again.
 
Life is too short to get wound up, drink bad wine, and eat cheap chocolate.

Bipolar Abundance


As a person who knows what is possible, do you ever feel like experiencing extreme abundance is impossible? It's interesting that no matter how much you practice focusing your thoughts on your desires, there are pockets of time where it feels like the Universe has earplugs in and can't hear your requests.

All is well, when things go smoothly in life. What about when things don't seem so well? Do your best to avoid bipolar abundance disorder. That's what happens when you feel abundant one moment and panicky about your future in the next moment. It's not that the situation is bad, just your reaction.

When you feel anxiety or financial stress you will attract many scary thoughts. After a few hours of this you may begin to experience several things not going your way. This is when you feel like you're headed towards being in a funk. You mood becomes irritated. Now you're swinging from the "empowered YOU" over to the "disconnected YOU". Your power is gone and you can feel a little insane.

Do your best not to get frustrated with your abundance amnesia. You just forgot that your reality is created in your head and your physical reality is only temporary. Do your best not to panic at your lack of abundance at this moment.

Many years ago, I was drowning in debt and there seemed to be no new clients in sight. I contemplated getting a job. I was scared that I'd never have financial success again. Reaching six figures was a distant memory and felt like a lifetime away. Bipolar abundance was happening in full force.

I finally remembered that I had the power to turn my situation around. My attitude totally changed, yet my circumstances didn't at first. I focused on baby steps. I played the appreciation game. Several months later I saw things changing in my finances. My focus never waivered from my commitment to being debt-free.

Nine months later, I was debt free. I more than doubled my income that year. I was on a journey to abundance and I'm still going strong. The abundance amnesia has never returned. Do I still experience moments of lackful thinking? Yes, but it's easy to redirect my thoughts. My confidence in my ability to be abundant is always present.

Having a singular focus of abundance is like floating on a cloud. It's relaxing to trust that there will always be an abundance of joy, wealth, well-being, support, fun and resources. You are so much more abundant than you even know.

I'm having fun aligning my beliefs with attracting a trillion dollars. =-)

I Quit! and other temper tantrums


It's true, my commitments have tripled this year - with President of the Chamber of Women in Business, Manager of the Network and Short Courses at the Australian Leadership Foundation, and the launch of my biggest most ambitious program yet with Inner Compass - the Mastermind Retreat - Women's Leadership Program. Plus the IVF thing chugging along in the background.

I'd like to say I've taken it all in my stride and have cruised through it all, but that would be a big, fat fib.


Truth is there have been long days, late nights, conflict and personalities to juggle, and a sense of 'when does it get easier?'


I know a lot of you are feeling the same way.


I've coached a lot of people like you, who are struggling with all their responsibilities - family, job, colleagues, staff, having a life, or even getting a life!


And many of us come to that stage where you feel like saying, "I Quit!" take this job/role/child/house/project/weight loss program and shove it up your patootie!


Of course you never do.


But wouldn't it feel so good?


I encourage you to indulge that fantasy fully - savour it, feel the purge of frustration and venom, and then let it go.


Now it's time to look at
How to Hang in There When You Just Want To Hide Like A Hermit


1. Prune. Seriously now - if you are that frustrated, it's time for you to cut out some of your responsibilities. This is YOUR life, remember? You get to choose how you live it, so if you don't like what's going on, do something about it.


This is the hardest part, so that's why you need number two -


2. Hire a coach. Pruning stuff out of your life brings up a lot of emotional 'gunk' (how about guilt, anyone?). That's why I'm hiring a coach to help me put some order and priorities back in my life. Yes - even coaches need coaches! When you've got a coach on board, it gives you an added ounce of conviction and spirit to do what you know is good for you.


3. Get the heck out of there! If you're ready to explode, get out! Go somewhere for some R & R - preferably somewhere with an expansive view - like the beach, or the mountains. It will bring you out of your head, and back on to the planet with a bigger view of your WHOLE life, not just this snapshot moment of it.

That's why I'm going to the beach!

Master Peace Coaching - Article


This week's article is a quote from Abraham-Hicks. I wanted to share it because health seems to be the topic that most people can't get their beliefs wrapped around when it comes to Law of Attraction. Healing conditions of the body seems nothing short of a miracle to many people.

The Infallible Health teleclass I teach is a reminder to me that we've simply been brainwashed into thinking that healing is hard or not possible at all. Our participants love what we are teaching, but it takes some practice to get aligned with this new way of being in relationship to their body.

I recently injured my ribs waterskiing. The pain was interfering with my daily routine, carrying my son and practicing yoga. Sneezing became a big fear, as the pain made me want to scream. My intention was to feel a bit better each day. I received exactly that. A bit better each day.

After a week and half, I decided that I needed to go waterskiing. I declared that my body would know exactly how to heal and perform well with a water-ski on my feet. I considered the rib a "non-issue" in my plans for the weekend. Four days later I experienced an awesome day waterskiing. I sneezed every day after that...with no pain.

My body responded to my desire to completely heal once I decided it would be so. You, too, can experience Infallible Health.

And so you say, "Well, I'm going to grow my arm into perfection."And the sociologist or the psychologist says,"You're delusional. Don't wish for something that is impossible!

And we say, "Don't listen to someone who does not know. Don't listen to someone outside of your vibrational crack, you see."

7 Motivational Tips


7 Motivational Tips to Get You Moving… Part 4
Tip #1 - Create a contest.

One great way to push yourself to do more than you feel inspired to do is to create a contest for yourself! Imagine you’re in a competition with other people, each of you trying to do more than the others. You can even take it to the next level by not only trying to accomplish a greater amount of work, you can also focus on making your work the best it’s ever been, or doing it in the least amount of time it’s ever taken you. This can create a feeling of urgency and fun that will keep you moving long after you ordinarily would have given up.
Tip #2 - Dance.

If you’re feeling bored or tired, turn on the tunes and boogey your lethargy away! Sing along with the lyrics or simply move your body and get some good endorphins flowing. You can even combine this with Tip #15 and dance while you’re cleaning and organizing. Then you’ve got a “productive boogey!”
Tip #3 - Make a to-do list.

Sometimes confusion can cause a desire to procrastinate because your tasks seem to be too numerous and overwhelming. To combat this, take a sheet of paper and make a detailed list of everything you want to accomplish today. You can list them in order of priority, or categorize like tasks together. As you review your list, think about ways you can cut the time each task might take, or shortcuts that would enable you to tackle more than one thing at a time. In no time you should be feeling more focused and ready to begin.
Tip #4 - Pray.

If you’re the spiritual type, why not spend a few minutes connecting to your source before you begin a challenging task? Give thanks for the opportunities in your life, and ask for the inspiration, courage and stamina to do a good job. This can help you feel that you’ve got a powerful ally on your side and reduce any feelings of fear or loneliness.
Tip #5 - Surround yourself with inspiration.

Do you have some favorite plaques, prints or paintings that make you feel inspired? Fill up your blank walls with them! Visit a flea market or home décor store for visuals that lift your spirits. Go to a stock photo site and download a few beautiful images and have them blown up into a larger size at your local photo place. Take some of your favorite motivational quotes, enlarge the type, print and hang them up to read whenever you need a little boost. Hanging inspiring words and images in your home and workplace can create a continuous focus on inspiration that will keep you feeling motivated no matter what you’re working on.
Tip #6 - Spend time in nature.

Sometimes just sitting quietly in a peaceful place outdoors can soothe frustration and refresh your mind and body. Go to your favorite botanical gardens for an hour and sit quietly or walk slowly through them, letting the visual beauty stimulate your senses. Visit a local park and watch children and dogs play, or take a trip to the beach and let the power of the ocean (or a lake) inspire you. If you don’t have any nature spots nearby, try your local home and garden center. Buy some new plants or flowers to brighten up your home and workspace.

Tip #28 - Get up early.

Getting an early start can often help you feel more motivated, especially if you’re used to sleeping in. Set an alarm clock to get up at least one hour before you normally do, and don’t dawdle - get moving! Take a shower, get dressed and begin immediately working on your tasks for the day. Not only does this wake up your tired brain, you end up feeling like you’ve accomplished a lot more than you would in a typical day.

ARE YOU IN THE BUSY-NESS OF SOUL?

Are you yearning to have a soul-centered business? One that allows you to spend most of your days (and life!) refining, expressing and activating your innate gifts and packaging these in ways that gracefully serve others in tapping their own magnificent soul essence?

It has been a dream of mine (for years!) to spend most of my days in the business (busy-ness(TM)) of tapping my inner wisdom and serving others in aligning with theirs, all the while honoring my inner joy as well as my natural rhythm and cycles.

As a continual seeker and explorer of the outer and inner terrains of life and consciousness, I progressed towards my dream, but I never took into account other aspects of my personality and hearts desires.

My love for travel, for example, and my desire to deeply honor and follow through with the whispers and calling of my heart (which guided me to live and study in many different parts of the planet), oftentimes meant that I let go of jobs, ventures and growing practices that I could not, for obvious reasons, take with me for the ride.

For me, listening to the essence of my soul meant surrendering to the attachments and desires of my ego (and yes, this also meant working 9 to 5 jobs while starting over in a new country, so that I could pursue a deeper calling!)

For years I judged myself for not fitting into the "9 to 5" box I thought I was supposed to inhabit. As more and more of my friends were "settling down", I continued to explore. I explored new countries, new interests and new ways of creating an authentically prosperous life (and for me that meant integrating the ways money flowed to me with what I loved doing anyway!)

It wasn't until recently that I really got it! For the first time ever I had a knowing, in every cell of my being, that living a soul-centered life had little to do with what others deemed "normal" or "socially acceptable". This moment of crystal clear clarity helped me quantum leap into what I have now coined my "prosperous purpose(TM)"!

I am filled with joy as I share my excitement with you. I hope you don't mind me sharing my delicious delight as I let out a joyful squeal: "Eureka, I found it... I really did find it!"

How do I know? The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together in my life. I am seeing the dream I held only a few years back magically unfold before my eyes. ...and I have to confess that I am loving it! I get to live in different parts of the world without compromising my practice (in fact, it serves my practice, as I get to personally meet my clients who are based all over the world!) and do what I love full time.

(As you may have already noticed, my newfound clarity about what I do and whom I serve, is bringing about shifts in my entire brand, which will gradually show up in my website, newsletter and offerings. Also, let me say that I am so excited and grateful to have YOU be a part of my unfolding journey and continual exploration of new terrain!)

So, although I am planning an array of ways to share my personal journey and learnings with you, so that you too can join me on this delicious journey of alignment with authentic freedom and prosperity, here are a few "Soul-Centered Success Principles(TM)" you may want to already consider putting into practice!


Find your passion! This simply means getting to know your-Self really, really well.

Create a daily 'reminder' of your dreams and refer to them daily! Remember, out of sight means out of mind ...and let me tell you, your mind is a powerful ally in your co-creative process! I invite you to create a vision board, a digital movie clip or even a recording of yourself talking about your dreams. These strategies have worked wonders in my own life!

Commit to doing "whatever it takes" to activate your dreams! Of course, doing whatever it takes is always aligned with the integrity of your heart and soul!

Find a mentor or someone who is already living your dream (or parts of it). I cannot begin to tell you how powerful this is! It's not even about ingesting more information (although that is a part of it) but rather about immersing yourself in a vibration of prosperity and possibility. It literally works by osmosis!

Surround yourself with people who have great vibes and believe in your dreams. If you don't have anyone in your life right now, listen to authors you love and resonate with. Do whatever it takes to stay in the place of possibility!

Create a plan, both long term and short term.

Focus on "what" you want and not on "how" you will get there (there is always help in the "how" deaprtment!).
Surrender to divine timing. Honor the 20/80 rule (at least my version of it). Do your 20% , and Source (or that which you call source) will take it from there. We call this process synchronicity and grace. It's the rule that stands behind the idiom: "God helps those who help themselves!".

Have fun!

Just do it! (Trust "Nike" to give you a good 'ole kick in the pants!)

If you are ready to move forward with a soul-centered business, get busy saying yes to your soul's calling. That alone will set into motion a process of transformation. As Deepak Chopra so eloquently states, "If you want to experience your soul, which is absolutely possible, you must go beyond the more superficial levels of emotion and personality. This journey is a journey of knowledge and power. As you embark on it, everyday actions no longer mask the soul; they express its dynamic creative energy. In other words, touching the soul alters reality."

When our busy-ness(TM) is sourced in soul, then our work becomes our calling and we get to experience heaven on earth!

HOW TO CREATE A PSI ENERGY BALL


Here’s an exercise from the Unexplainable store that is aimed towards helping you build your inner energy levels, and practice propelling that energy outward.

We are going to talk about PSI Balls. A PSI Ball is basically a ball of energy that your brain forms in your hands, which you can send outward or use to accomplish tasks. Many Wicca’s, Spiritualists, and Telekinesis practitioners use PSI Balls for great benefit. The art of using PSI Balls can be used for any purpose, but shows extreme success in propelling energy outwards.

Okay, onto the Practices:

This practice comes in two parts. The first part is all mental. The entire practice should first be played through your mind only with no physical action. After you complete the mind visualization, you can awake from your mind programming session, and try the exact same exercise with your physical body.

Mental Practicing

To create a PSI Ball, first you must build your inner energy up and focus your energy on a single point. A strong technique to accomplish this is to close your eyes and meditate for a bit. Focus and picture your hands in front of you. With your eyes closed, actually see your hands, see the creases and lines, see your skin pigment, and notice the small details that make your hands unique.

Once you have a vivid visualization of your own hands, think of yourself rubbing them together for about 30 seconds. Feel the friction with your mind, feel the heat build up, and feel the power being produced. This should all be thought, and you should not actually be moving your physical hands. Your body should be still and relaxed, and your visualization should be strong.

Now with your mind, picture yourself opening your hands as you were receiving a gift. Focus your thoughts into the middle of your hands, and mentally extract the surrounding power from your hands. Let this power group together in the center of your palms. Using thought, form and shape this power into a ball of light. Let your mind dictate the color and size of the ball.

Now that you are visualizing a ball of power in your hands, propel this PSI Ball outward away from your body by throwing it. Not like throwing an overhead fastball, but by gracefully lopping it in the direction you want.

Watch as the PSI Ball of power leaves your hands and drifts quickly towards a solid object. When the Energy Ball makes contact with a solid object, visualize the power silently exploding and breaking into a million small specks of light. Watch as the light disperses and disappears.

With practice, you should be able to see the entire process vividly and perfectly.

Physical Practicing

When you awaken from your Altered State of Consciousness in which you just performed the mental practices, immediately open your hands in front of yourself and repeat the practice with your eyes open and with physical actions.

You must learn to visualize with your eyes open and control what happens in your eyes. Physically rub your hands together, watch the energy form into a ball, and fling the energy ball at the wall. Watch the energy disperse as it makes contact with the wall.

The Purpose And Uses Of PSI Balls

When you have mastered the use of PSI Balls, the energy you created can be directed and altered to accomplish any task you want. You can send this energy to heal, you can send it to move an object, or you can just send love.

The Proper Brain State

The frequencies which your brain is operating is the key factor for developing Brain Powers. The human brain is not naturally tuned to use nor accept these powers, but the power is within all of us. You can achieve results just using your inner brain power, but altering your brain’s frequencies with Binaural Beats speeds up the process dramatically.

You can achieve the same results with intense meditation, but it takes much longer and is not nearly as effective for beginners. Who have little or no food for the body or soul
In our abundance let us not forget them

Our love and prayers are free to give
Free to enjoy and revel in
We have the luxury of freedom
Many do not

Let Your Hair Down


When I first named my business, MasterPeace Coaching & Training, I envisioned all my clients playing BIG, peacing out and having a good time. I had no idea how many people thought that you either made a lot of money or you had fun. They didn't think it was a reality that you could have both.

It is not only my belief but a truth in my eyes that you if you focus on peace and fun, and believe you're worthy of prosperity, you will be the person who has it all.

So, c'mon party people and have some fun. Let your hair down. Care less about what people think and let your mind get creative and outrageous. What's the most fun you can imagine having today? This week?

Last Sunday, I met my brother and some friends at my favorite bar/restaurant near where my boat is docked. After enjoying some fish tacos and a Mai Tai (my fav fun drink) we headed out for some waterskiing. Near the end of the day, we saw several boats idling near a small island with summer houses.

I pulled out my Flip Mino movie camera for what unfolded next. There was a boat in the water that had thrown a ski rope that was connected to their boat up onto shore. A guy on shore grabs the rope and then hoses down a piece of plastic on the ground that is about 40 feet long. The plastic is laid out like the red carpet to the edge of the land.

Then to our delight, the guy on shore gives the thumbs up signal, and belly flops onto the plastic. The boat takes off and pulls the guy down the plastic toward the small cliff. He flies through the air and drops into the water. There are cheers from all the boats gathered around and the dozens of people on shore watching. I kept thinking, "This is something you'd see on YouTube!"

When was the last time you let your hair down and let the good times roll? I suggest at least once a day, set aside your to-do list and responsibilities and do something spontaneous and enjoyable. Walk in a new shop, peruse new websites, read the funnies...just do something unproductive. Savor every morsel of the moment.

Abundance will find you when you are relaxed or having some good clean (or dirty!) fun. Let it rip!

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this ' sludge ' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

I WISH YOU ENOUGH........


I received this today from a friend; it is so beautiful I wanted to share it:

Recently I overheard a mother and daughter in their last moments together at the airport. They had announced the departure.

Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the mother said, "I love you and I wish you enough".

The daughter replied, "Mum, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Mum".

They kissed and the daughter left. The mother walked over to the window where I was seated. Standing there I could see she wanted and needed to cry. I tried not to intrude on her privacy but she welcomed me in by asking, "Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?".

Yes, I have," I replied. "Forgive me for asking, but why is this a forever good-bye?".

"I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is - the next trip back will be for my funeral," she said.

"When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, 'I wish you enough'. May I ask what that means?".

She began to smile. "That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone". She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled! even more. "When we said , 'I wish you enough', we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them". Then turning toward me, she shared the following as if she were reciting it from memory.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright no matter how gray the day may appear.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun even more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive and everlasting.

I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest of joys in life may appear bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.

She then began to cry and walked away.

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to
appreciate them, a day to love them but then an entire life to forget them.

Beware of Sharks in Dolphin’s Clothing


I came across this article today and thought it interesting enough to share - Enjoy!

Have you ever noticed that some of the people who profess to be the most loving, spiritual people are some of the most angry, awful, judgmental people you’ve ever met?

I’ve been noticing a lot of sneak attacks from Sharks in Dolphin’s Clothing lately. They profess to be your friend or your mentor, but God spare us from such friends. Under the guise of being helpful, they “take your inventory”, point out your character defects, lack of training, age (either too old or too young), and just generally make you feel inadequate. Sometimes they’re aware of what they’re doing, and sometimes not. The result is the same.

I’m changing a few details of this story so that the individuals involved are not clearly recognizable, but I wanted to share with you the actions you can take to ward off these sneaky shark attacks:

One of my friends told me that a business mentor of hers said that she was going to have a difficult time in her new profession since there was a lot of competition out there and she didn’t have the appropriate experience to succeed (or words to that effect). Well, Mama Dolphin Chellie gets very protective of her people when she hears put-downs like that! Here’s what I wrote back:

This woman you mention may be a wonderful business person and do a lot of good in the world, so I am not going to say she’s a bad person…BUT! The responses she is giving you are certainly not helpful to you nor are they appropriate for a “mentor” who is supposed to be helping. It sounds like she has an “old school” mentality, and is rather rigid in her assessment of what might make someone qualified to be successful. It reminded me of the fight women had to get ahead in the workplace. No credit was given for women’s ability to manage a household, the family finances, the time-management and organizational skills it takes to get a team of people running smoothly as a group, and the sales ability to get kids to do their homework, pick up their room, etc. or to get a husband to remember their anniversary. The coaching, diplomacy, teaching, bookkeeping, financial skills needed to run a household absolutely translate into being talented and accomplished at many jobs, including yours. I invited you to make a personal inventory of your skills in the same manner and translate that into business skills, which would include the ability to be of loving service in nurturing others and to care deeply for others well-being. And you have how many years of experience at that?

As for your work being “too New Agey” – what does she mean by that anyway? Too soft or too fun or too touchy feely or too what exactly? I always find comments like that rather funny. Sort of like when the woman at the NAWBO meeting I spoke at told me after the speech that I really should dress more appropriately if I was going to talk about a serious subject like money (a reference to my gold tennis shoes). Well, she sold suits for a living, so I knew where she was coming from. And I understand that some people won’t like that I wear tennis shoes, but other people are charmed by it – and those are “My People” and she was “Not My People”. I would suggest that your “mentor” is “Not Your People” – not bad, not wrong, but just not YOURS. I’ll bet there are bunches of people who ARE Your People and will love everything about what you stand for and what you do. And they’ll even like things that are “too New Agey” too, I’ll bet.

Whatever you do, don’t take any one person’s disparagement of your skills or business model to heart before you test it for yourself. If you talk to this woman in the future, talk about the weather, or movies, or food, but don’t ask her for any advice because she probably can’t give you any that is constructive. One mentor might not be great for you where another one is. Try them all on for size, proud of who you are and relishing the differences between who you are and what you do and all the things that others might do. People will come who like you and what you have to say. Rely on it! The best revenge is living well, so go out and prosper helping others prosper!
